As the seventh largest floor-covering retailer in the nation, Avalon Flooring was looking to transition its website from static pages to an e-commerce model that would enhance the customer shopping experience by making products more discoverable and increase showroom traffic.
Our mobile first solution was to simplify the global navigation and consolidate product page content that would allow the customer to easily learn, explore and inquire about a flooring product.
Our approach was to update the website performance, functionality and design to increase sales leads and conversions, and enhance the customer shopping experience to make products more discoverable and searchable.
