BACKGROUND

We helped to develop the “Live World Wise” strategy and design of the Morgan Stanley deferred debit and credit card, as well as all of its integrated marketing and communications support.

STRATEGY

Our goal was to expand and deepen the Morgan Stanley franchise to its employees and clients by delivering on both the functional benefits (product features) and emotional benefits (one’s relationship with Morgan Stanley) of the World Elite credit card.
