Tabbie’s founder came to us with his vision for improving the bar experience by removing the barriers consumers faced when ordering or paying for a drink.


We explored the customer journey inside the venue and how we could remove the customer’s biggest pain points, while simultaneously uncovering opportunities for the venue owners to engage with VIP customers and aggregating real-time data to improve margins and the overall customer experience. These insights were used to drive the features and functionality of the Tabbie consumer app and owners’ mobile CRM dashboard and go-to-market strategy.


Tabbie’s beta is presently in development, with commitments from several pilot partners’ venues along the East Coast and with THOMPSON ZIHUATANEJO BEACH RESORT in Mexico.
