BACKGROUND

The Enclave Group’s mission was to be the first fully sustainable international real estate development company.

STRATEGY

Create a whole new real estate development category that unites socially responsible sustainability with high-end luxury. Located in developing countries, Tierra (or Earth in English) is inclusive, but exclusive.

RESULTS

In addition to the naming, the brand architecture embodied the brand’s DNA of sustainability and eco-decadence. Which was brought to life through a design language that was translated across all environmental applications, amenities and branded products.
